The Steps to IT Helpdesk Success
Follow our proven 6-step pathway to become a certified IT Helpdesk Technician.

Step One
Start your studies with the CompTIA IT Fundamentals training module before then moving onto the CompTIA A+ module within your training portal.
Once you progress onto the CompTIA A+ module you will be granted to our month long CompTIA A+ boot camp for 4 weeks (you can join this as many times as you like)

Step Two
Theory will only take you half of the way, now it’s time for your practical training with our CompTIA A+ Live Labs – this gives you the skills you need to be an I.T. professional.
After which, we will do revision classes for you to take your CompTIA A+ exams.

Step Three
Next up is our live instructor-led CompTIA Network+ & Microsoft Azure Fundamentals bootcamps which will be taught over the next 2 months with real-world project work to boost your CV.
After completing these modules, you will partake in revision classes for your Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam.

Step Four
Your second qualification. It’s time to take your Microsoft Azure Fundamentals examination and add the second of the all-important qualifications to your CV.
You’ll then round off your studies with our CompTIA Security+ module and boot camp for 2 months.

Step Five
5-days practical training where you’ll complete tasks in: hardware, Windows operating systems and networking within a classroom environment.
The training is delivered by an industry leading recruiter and is at their discretion as to whether or not you need to attend.

Step Six
You’ve now finished your training, now benefit from career coaching sessions with our team of recruitment specialists and a full CV masterclass, interview tips and job guarantee for an I.T. position.
